2.2 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store or directly handle your credit card information. Instead, Stripe collects and processes payment details on our behalf and shares only transaction confirmations and payment status with us.

2.3 Technical Information

We automatically collect certain information about your device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and usage data to improve our service and troubleshoot technical issues.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Generate your AI professional headshots
  • Process payments and deliver your purchased images

  • Maintain and improve service reliability, safety, and user experience (without using your images to train our AI models)

4. Data Storage and Security

4.1 Encryption

All photos you upload are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption. Your data is protected both in transit and at rest.

4.2 Temporary Storage

Your original photos are stored only as long as necessary to provide the service and support features, and in any event no longer than 30 days. After that window, originals are automatically purged from our systems. Generated headshots remain available for download for up to 30 days, and you can delete them at any time by selecting the thumbnail in the upload dashboard.

4.3 Access Controls

We implement strict access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access user data, and only when necessary for service operation and support.

5. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers: We engage vetted cloud infrastructure and AI inference partners (such as Google Gemini) to process your images in real time. These partners are contractually obligated to protect your data, process it only to deliver the requested headshots, and are not permitted to use the data to train their own models. Processing may occur in the United States, the European Union, or other jurisdictions with appropriate safeguards.
  • Stripe (Payment Processing): We share minimal transaction metadata with Stripe to complete billing securely. Stripe processes card information on our behalf and stores it under their own PCI-compliant infrastructure. If we add another payment processor in the future, we will update this policy.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred to the new owner in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
