Because we offer a preview of all generated results before payment, our refund policy is focused on technical issues rather than subjective satisfaction. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.
2. Preview Before Payment
All users can see watermarked preview versions of their AI-generated headshots before making any payment. This allows you to evaluate the results and decide whether to purchase the high-resolution versions. By proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have reviewed the preview and accept the results shown.
3. Eligible Refund Conditions
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase if:
- File Corruption: The downloaded high-resolution files are corrupted, unreadable, or cannot be opened with standard image viewing software
- Significant Discrepancy: The high-resolution downloads are significantly different from the watermarked previews shown before payment (e.g., different faces, major quality degradation, missing images)
- Technical Failure: You completed payment but did not receive download access due to a technical error on our end
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided for:
- Subjective Dissatisfaction: You don't like the artistic style, background, or overall appearance after reviewing the preview and choosing to purchase
- Minor Differences: Minor variations between preview and high-resolution versions (such as slight color or compression differences inherent to different file formats)
- User Error: You uploaded an unsuitable source photo (e.g., poor quality, unclear face, group photo) after receiving AI analysis warnings
- Change of Mind: You simply changed your mind after purchase, without technical issues or significant discrepancies
- After 48 Hours: Refund requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase
- Partial Use: You downloaded some or all of the high-resolution files and used them before requesting a refund (unless files are corrupted)
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- A clear description of the technical issue or discrepancy

Our support team will review your request within 2 business days and may ask for additional information or evidence to verify the issue.
Step 3: Refund Processing
If your refund is approved, we will process it within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Partial Refunds
We do not offer partial refunds. Our service provides 8 headshots as a package for $19. Refunds, when eligible, are issued for the full purchase amount only.
8. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the chargeback with evidence of service delivery (preview acceptance and successful download). Unjustified chargebacks may result in suspension of access to our services. We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues.
9. Quality Commitment
While we cannot guarantee that every AI-generated image will meet your artistic preferences (which is why we show previews first), we are committed to ensuring technical quality. If you experience genuine technical issues with your purchase, we will work with you to resolve them fairly and promptly.
